Plyusnin&#8221; (hereinafter referred to as the &#8220;Company&#8221; or &#8220;Site Administration&#8221;) provides access to the website\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/cotts.ru\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">cotts.ru<\/a>\u00a0(hereinafter referred to as the &#8220;Site&#8221;) under the terms and conditions set forth below. By using the Site, you agree to this Agreement.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>1. General Provisions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">1.1. The Site is an online clothing sales platform.<br \/>\n1.2. Site Operator: Individual Entrepreneur &#8220;Dmitry E. Plyusnin&#8221; (TIN: 591402926267, PSRN: 318595800099537, Legal address: 87\/2 Sovetskaya St., Dobryanka, Perm Region).<br \/>\n1.3. Continued use of the Site signifies your full agreement with the terms of this Agreement and the Personal Data Processing Policy.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>2. Terms of Use<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">2.1. The User agrees to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Not post illegal, offensive, or harmful content;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Not use the Site for fraud, spam distribution, or system hacking;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Respect the copyrights of the Company and third parties.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">2.2. The Company has the right to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Restrict access to the Site in case of violation of the Agreement terms;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Change the Site&#8217;s content without prior notice.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>3. Registration and Orders<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">3.1. To place an order, the User can:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Register by providing accurate information (full name, email, phone number);<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Make a purchase without registration (as a guest).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">3.2. The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>4. Payment and Delivery<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">4.1. Payment methods: bank cards, fast payment systems via secure payment gateways.<br \/>\n4.2. Delivery is carried out by partner services within the timeframes specified on the product page.<br \/>\n4.3. Product returns are governed by the Return Rules.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>5. Intellectual Property<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">5.1. All content on the Site (texts, images, logos) is the property of Individual Entrepreneur &#8220;Dmitry E. Plyusnin&#8221; or the respective rights holders. Copying without written consent is prohibited.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>6. Liability<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">6.1. The Company is not liable for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Losses caused by improper use of the Site;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">The operation of third-party services (payment systems, courier services).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">6.2. The Company&#8217;s maximum liability is limited to the order amount.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>7. Dispute Resolution<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">7.1. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiations. If agreement cannot be reached, disputes shall be settled in court at the place of registration of Individual Entrepreneur &#8220;Dmitry E. Plyusnin&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>8. Final Provisions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">8.1. The Company has the right to amend this Agreement. The new version comes into force upon publication on the Site.<br \/>\n8.2.
